Forgotten Coast Community Calendar Mobile Edition

The SaltAir Farmer's Market is open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from April through November.  A great way to spend a Saturday Morning, and visit the Historic Downtown area of Port St Joe.  Enjoy fresh seasonal produce, locally caught seafood, fresh baked goods, and local arts and crafts.  The Market is open from 9:00am to 1:00pm.  City Commons Park is located at the corner of Reid Avenue and Cecil G. For a $25 donation (per nest/per year) you will receive a photo of the nest which you have "adopted", an adoption certificate, an activity/hatchling report, and recognition in the Supporter's newsletter. Funds raised for this project will help with the cost of  fuel for the turtle patrol and supplies used during the turtle season.

Elvis tribute artist Todd Allen Herendeen & his Follow That Dream Band hit the DIXIE stage every other Saturday of the summer begining June 19. Show dates are June 19, July 3, 17, 31, August 14 at 8 PM.

Come and join us for an “Ole Fashion Ice Cream Social” at the Panhandle Pioneer Settlement on Friday, August 27^th at 6:30 p.m.   

Adults and children alike will enjoy this. We will have games for kids of all ages. Ice cream and refreshments will be available for a donation. Bring blankets or lawn chairs and enjoy the sites and sounds of the evening.

Once again the Apalachicola Riverkeeper will host the Wild and Scenic Film Festival On Tour. This year we are working with the Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce and other places to bring the festival to venues across the Forgotten Coast and up the Apalachicola.
